Humphry Slocombe, San Francisco’s beloved chef-driven ice creamery, engaged bread & Butter to create buzz surrounding the opening of its first L.A.-based location. To promote its debut, Humphry Slocombe created a custom ice cream flavor with iconic chef Roy Choi as its introduction to the Southern California market. This flavor was promoted at various activations around the city, starting with pool parties at The LINE Hotel and ending with an appearance at Smorgasburg’s Ice Cream Alley on National Ice Cream Day. b&B invited key lifestyle and foodie influencers to these activation events to build buzz about the brand pre-opening.

The campaign resulted in 30 permanent Instagram feed images and photos on their Instagram Story, garnering over 935,000 impressions and 18,458 engagements.
