bread & Butter crafted a campaign that focused on connecting The Adolphus with impactful partners to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences to attract locals back to the property. Examples included collaborations with Outdoor Voices, Cherry Bombe, a monthly art-focused Salon Series with a local curator, wine and spirits classes, a dinner with the James Beard Foundation and more. bread & Butter also focused efforts on hosting local and regional media at the property’s numerous food & beverage outlets, at the spa, for overnight stays and at events to generate positive media coverage.

Within its first-year post-renovation, bread & Butter secured over 300 press hits in local and regional outlets such as Modern Luxury Dallas, D Magazine and Texas Monthly resulting in more than 750 million impressions. bread & Butter also secured both property and food & beverage awards in various categories such as “Best Makeover,” “Best Staycation,” “Best Hotel Bar,” “Top 50 Restaurants in Dallas” and more.
