bread & Butter was engaged to help tell the story of 21st Amendment Brewery. Focusing on seasonal launches, new products, new markets and the founders, b&B also worked to promote 21A’s big project: the opening of their production brewery in the East Bay.

bread & Butter was engaged to help tell the story of 21st Amendment Brewery. Focusing on seasonal launches, new products, new markets and the founders, b&B also worked to promote 21A’s next big project: the opening of their nearly 150,000 square foot production brewery in the East Bay. While 21st Amendment already had national acclaim, there had never been a concerted, organized effort to tell the brand story. Founders Nico Freccia and Shaun O’Sullivan goal was to move 21A out of beer-centric circles and into a more widespread, national conversation.

To achieve this, b&B leveraged our extensive relationships within the Bay Area, while focusing on a campaign showcasing the brand’s personality and creative nature. b&B was able to garner extensive press for the brand, individual brews (including the widely covered Toaster Pastry) and help 21A become and remain a brewery to watch. While working with 21st Amendment, b&B secured extensive local press placements in outlets including San Francisco Chronicle, SF Weekly, SFist, Los Angeles Times and 7×7.
